This Privacy Policy explains how QuicklyVPN Limited (“QuicklyVPN”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered address at 6/F, 822 Lai Chi Kok Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with the FeiLiu VPN websites (including feiliuvpn.com), applications and VPN services (collectively, the “Service”). We operate the Service under a strict no-logs policy and collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and bill the Service.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all websites, applications and VPN services operated by QuicklyVPN Limited under the FeiLiu VPN brand, including feiliuvpn.com. It does not apply to third-party websites, services or applications that we do not control, even if you access them through the Service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
2. Our No-Logs Commitment
We are a no-logs VPN provider. We do not log, store or otherwise process: your originating IP address; the websites you visit or services you use while connected; DNS queries; connection or disconnection timestamps; per-session bandwidth usage; or any other data that could be used to associate online activity with an individual user. Our VPN servers run on RAM-only infrastructure, and all data on them is irrecoverably erased on every reboot.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service: (a) Account information — the email address you register with and your hashed password; (b) Billing information — handled by our third-party payment processors; we receive only a payment confirmation, the plan purchased and a transaction reference, never full card numbers; (c) Support communications — messages you send to our support team, retained so we can resolve your enquiry; (d) Aggregate service metrics — anonymous, aggregated statistics such as total server load and overall page views, which cannot be linked to any individual user.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to: create and administer your account; process payments and prevent billing fraud; deliver account, billing and security notifications; respond to support requests; maintain, secure and improve our network and infrastructure; and, only with your consent, send product updates and marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you subscribe to); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, preventing fraud and abuse); your consent (optional marketing communications); and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting requirements applicable to QuicklyVPN Limited).
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — payment processors and transactional email providers — each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. If we receive a legally binding order from a competent authority, the only data we are able to disclose is the limited account information described above; because we do not keep activity logs, we hold no data about how any individual uses the Service.
7. International Data Transfers
QuicklyVPN Limited is established in Hong Kong, and account information is processed on infrastructure located in Hong Kong, the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for cross-border transfers of personal information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account information only for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, or request deletion by writing to support@feiliuvpn.com, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except for minimal billing records that we are legally required to retain under applicable tax and accounting laws.
9. Security
All VPN traffic is encrypted with AES-256-GCM or ChaCha20-Poly1305 using the WireGuard or Shadowsocks-2022 protocols. Account data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel using hardware-key multi-factor authentication. We also offer hardware-key two-factor authentication for user accounts and accept cryptocurrency payments for users who prefer additional anonymity.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — including under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account dashboard, or by contacting support@feiliuvpn.com. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by those laws. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact support@feiliuvpn.com and we will delete it promptly.
12. Cookies and Analytics
Our marketing website uses a minimal set of first-party cookies for essential functionality and aggregate, privacy-respecting page-view statistics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The FeiLiu VPN applications themselves do not use cookies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes will additionally be announced in-app and by email before they take effect.
