These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuicklyVPN Limited (“QuicklyVPN”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered address at 6/F, 822 Lai Chi Kok Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. QuicklyVPN Limited owns and operates the FeiLiu VPN websites (including feiliuvpn.com), applications and VPN services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing our applications or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials secure and confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Unless your plan states otherwise, one subscription may be used on up to five (5) devices simultaneously.
2. The Service
FeiLiu VPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity through a global network of servers operated by QuicklyVPN Limited. We may add, remove or modify server locations, protocols and features at any time in order to maintain the quality, security and legality of the Service. We target a monthly uptime of 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited communications; distribute malware or conduct phishing; gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or attack any system or network (including denial-of-service attacks); infringe intellectual-property rights; or engage in any activity that is unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service or under the laws of the United States. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or endanger the integrity of our network, with notice where practicable.
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change; we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any price change applies to your renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
New subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact support@feiliuvpn.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refunds for renewal payments, or for payments made with cryptocurrency, are handled case by case in accordance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, applications, trademarks, logos and content, is owned by QuicklyVPN Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the limited information we collect and how we protect it, including our no-logs commitment. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid subscription, we will inform you in advance and, where required by law, offer a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your subscription.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuicklyVPN Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time or location.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuicklyVPN Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuicklyVPN Limited and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you would expose us or our network to legal liability or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@feiliuvpn.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuicklyVPN Limited regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
